Chromebook

To log onto a Chromebook, your student will need their district login credentials. These are the same as if they were at school.

  • Turn on the Chromebook, and let it connect to your home wireless network. You may need to enter the credentials for your network.
  • Once that is complete, you will be presented with the message, "Sign in to your Chromebook."
  • Follow the instructions by clicking "Next", and enter the student credentials without the "@greeleyschools.org" portion of the name.

How to Receive Help while Remote

What to expect when contacting support:

  1. When calling, please leave a detailed message with accurate callback information. 
  2. When sending an email, please include as much detail as possible to describe the issue and include your best contact information. 
  3. A ticket will automatically be generated and sent to all technicians operating the helpdesk. 
  4. A technician will reach out to work on the issue, or schedule a time where you can come into one of the manned help desk locations if additional support and troubleshooting are needed. 
  5. If it is determined that a new device is needed while on the phone, you will be directed to visit your home school to exchange the defective device.
